Instructions (please read before placing an order):

1. Choose the size and number of people in your portrait.

2. Place your order, and as soon as we receive the confirmation email, I will contact you to send us the reference image. IMPORTANT: Sending the image reference is required for portraits to be completed, you can send it at hello@albamole.com with your order number in the email subject.

3.We begin the sketches:
Once we have received all the information, and after speaking with you and scheduling your order, we begin drawing the portrait. Before moving on to watercolor, we will send you a pencil sketch of the drawing. Modifications and changes to the drawing are only possible in this stage, up to a maximum of two revisions. Once approved, changes are no longer permitted when moving up to color.

4.Starting the watercolor:
Please keep in mind that the watercolor technique requires care and delicacy, and each layer of color takes time and patience. It is a handmade and creative work. An imperfect technique by definition, since the pigment reacts with water in unique and unpredictable ways. The result: a very personal and unique portrait.

5.All communication will be done via email to keep the process updated.

6. Shipping of the watercolor.
When your order is ready, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
