By placing an order, the user declares that they are at least 18 years of age or that they have the consent of their parents/legal guardians to purchase on this website and accept these Terms and Conditions, which apply to all products and services. operated on the website www.albamole.com.
The product description price does not include shipping costs. These are added later based on the address provided by the user. The provider reserves the right to modify the prices of any product on the website at any time. Shipping costs and fees are declared in the payment, before confirming the purchase.
When placing an order in the store, all registered data will be used as valid proof of the transaction. The user must take into account that all transactions made through www.albamole.com are handled and processed through third-party gateways to guarantee their protection. Credit card information is SSL encrypted and will not be stored.

Free shipping option applies in all orders over €50.
National standard shipping
Shipping costs are €3.50 for each order as long as they weigh less than 1kg. For orders over 1kg the shipping cost will be €6.25.
You can choose Express shipping (24-48h) option for €8.50. Most orders are sent through Correos, SEUR or Correos Express in a certified way and depending on the destination, they usually take 2 to 4 working days to be delivered. If you are absent from your home, Correos will notify you by leaving a notice so that you can pick it up at your nearest post office.
*2026 EU and international shipments update:
As of July 1, 2026, and in accordance with Regulation 2026/382 of February 11, 2026, the “exemption from import duties for goods sent directly from a third country to a recipient within the European Union, in shipments with a total intrinsic value not exceeding 150 euros,” is abolished.
Due to this new tariff policy, unforeseen delays may occur within land and air transport networks—potentially caused by congestion in the customs logistics infrastructure—which may extend estimated shipping times. Please note that these estimates do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by the dates provided on checkout and order tracking pages.
Standard international shipping costs to the European Union are €14.99 for packages weighing less than 0.75 kg, and €19.99 for packages weighing more than 0.75 kg.
Currently, we only ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.
Returns
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Please return items to me within 30 days of delivery. I do not accept changes or cancellations. Contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I do not accept returns on:
- Custom made orders
- Products on sale or preorders
